Dancer Wellness


The Dancer Wellness Continuing Education Program will provide information from the latest research, along with exercises and activities.  This course will help dancers create personalized dancer wellness plans, as well as enhance and complement established training schedules.


Continuing Education Units: 12 Credits

The Dancer Wellness continuing education course focuses on health and well being of dancers through several components including nutrition, rest, treating injuries, injury prevention and program design for all levels of expertise.

  • Learn how to avoid overuse, overtraining and burnout
  • Learn common injuries and treatments
  • Learn how to make a complete dancer wellness plan
